A deposit of half of your rental fee is due upon booking in order to hold the hall on that date for your special occasion. The rest of your rental payment is due 6 months prior to your event. Final guest count and bar invoicing is due two weeks before your event.
The reception halls are discounted for weekday rentals.
A security presence is required at events at St. Nicholas Cathedral. Security is not included with our hall rental and is a separate hourly payment paid by the customer. St. Nicholas will take care of scheduling a security guard or police officer for your event. Rate is subject to change for holiday events.
